Intentions
What is setting an intention? Intend = from the old Latin word “tendon” like as is the space between muscle and bone.
This is the space between movement and structure.
Movement only happens when structure anchors it in something strong, lasting, real.
But movement can also only happen if the tendon STRETCHES between muscle and bone.
Intention literally means “to stretch towards”
When you set an intention for the day, a relationship, or eve life, you are stretching towards a desire, an outcome and risking feeling the feeling that you would have IF that desire was made true.
A scary space is to feel something before you have what you want. It’s risky. It’s zesty.
Most people cannot intend towards a desire because the same reason most people cannot run without pulling a muscle.
Stretching takes practice. But the more you do, the more flexible you become. And even flexibility towards your desires.

Wrote one thing down you desire. Then question it to make sure it’s not hiding a deeper desire underneath.
Take a breath and release that desire. Be ok without it.
Then move. Move towards it. With one small step. Then another.
